Equipment Managers, Technicians and Mechanics are valued members of the PAGCS community and critical leaders at the golf facilities in our area. In an effort to better serve the needs of the roles that they play in the success of golf turf management, the PAGCS has launched a survey. The goal is to assess the current state of the profession and gain insight on the path forward. Please share this survey and encourage participation
Dear valued Equipment Manager,
The Board of Directors and the Philadelphia Association of Golf Course Superintendents as an organization greatly value the service that you provide to the many golf facilities in our area.
We’re putting a major focus on improving and elevating the Equipment Manager role here at the PAGCS. To do that right, we need to hear directly from you.
We’ve put together a short survey to find out what you need to succeed, what roadblocks you're facing, and how we can better support your career growth. We aren't looking for "safe" answers—we want your honest perspective so we can make real, practical changes within our organization.
